The Tower Parking System (PCS) is the ultimate high-density, fully automated parking solution, designed like a high-rise building for cars. It operates on a sophisticated vertical lift and horizontal shift mechanism:
Optimized Matrix Structure: The tower is engineered in a compact rectangular configuration, typically featuring 3 columns per tower—a central lifting channel flanked by vehicle berths on both sides.
High-Speed Vertical Lifting: The central channel is equipped with a heavy-duty lifting system and a synchronized lifting comb/shuttle frame that rapidly transports vehicles to their designated levels.
Seamless Horizontal Transfer: Once at the correct level, the vertical lifting frame exchanges the vehicle with the transverse comb frame, shifting the car horizontally into its secure berth.
Built-In Smart Turntable: The ground-level entrance/exit room features an integrated, heavy-duty automatic turntable. Drivers can always enter and exit in a forward-facing direction—eliminating the need for reversing and dramatically improving the user experience and safety.
